Default Windows Movie Maker quality in question

Hello, and greetings to all of you!

First I would like to say I have always been a uer of GuildWarsGuru but only recently have I decided to actually USE the forums. Recently, I have decided to start recording my game play, and playing with movies. My choices? Fraps full, and Windows movie maker. Problem? Windows Movie maker always resizes my film, and DESTROYS the quality of the image completely. After browsing for some time, ive not found any topics about windows movie maker quality which has lead me to believe either it is just gonna be that way, or everyone else knows how to operate this program alot better then I do (Even thou its pretty easy). After giving up on WMM, I decided to try out Adobe Preimere, and it is really nice, alittle complex for me, but I found my way around it pretty quickly. But, alas, the same problem happens! Reduced screen size, and lose of tremendous amount of quality. Can anyone help me here I am at a lose. T_T;

So, here is my question!

How can I create a movie in Windows Movie Maker or Adobe Preimere without loosing any quality in film, or having it be resized?

Also, after successfully creating these films, is there any programs, that can maybe downsize them cause my movis seem to end up sizing up in the GIGS and thats just not what I want.

I initially thought WinZip sure, but, what about AFTER its unzipped? o_0;

Well you're asking if you can use WindowsMovieMaker without losing quality... No you can not, in short it's a pretty shoddy program.

Also, a 800x600 or higher video is gonna be in huge quality so don't even bother, I suggest you resize the film anyway.
